∙ At the design stage - development and implementation of BIM-engineering technologies in the design and construction processes for optimization and reduction of capital inputs due to the application of rational design solutions and modern materials;
∙ During the construction stage - provision of integrated solutions «Design&Build» in accordance with Ukrainian Building Norms (DBN) as well as European Norms (EN) and also in accordance with FIDIC recommendations, fire safety international requirements FM Global, Vds for the reduction of works production terms, their high quality assurance and risks minimizing.
