03/2010 Contract with ROSHEN Corporation signed

After successful completion of the project of NESTLE plant construction, our company signed a new contract with one of the leaders of Ukraine’s confectionery industry - ROSHEN Corporation. In this project KESZ Company will act as General designer and General contractor for construction of the confectionery factory which is the largest in Ukraine and is located in Vinnitsa city.

The factory is a four-storey production building with the adjacent 5-storey administrative and service block and a power generating facility. The factory’s total area exceeds 60,000 m2. The construction project is planned for 1.5 years.

The architectural design of the factory’s administrative and service block will be made by S. Yunakov Creative Studio.
