Official opening of Jabil plant, second stage.
On March 15th, 2019, the American company Jabil opened new production facilities near Uzhhorod, Ukraine. The official opening ceremony of a new plant took place with the participation of President Petro Poroshenko. «KESZ-UA Holding» LLC has completed the construction of the plant under «Design & Build» and «Lump Sum» terms:
- Development of conceptual solutions
- Collection of initial data
- Representation of the Customer's interests in the relevant institutions
- General Design
- General Contract
- Execution of construction works in accordance with international codes and regulations (FM GLOBAL, ASTM, etc.)
Jabil plant in Uzhhorod is a part of Jabil Circuit, Inc., one of the world's largest contract electronics manufacturing companies.
There are 120 plants of this corporation all over the world. The plant in Uzhhorod is in the category of mega-site. There will be produced mobile phones, media players and computer equipment for export to the EU.
The total area of high-tech production with warehouse facilities after enhancement is 48 911 m2.
